The AI didn't recognize my item correctly Try taking a clearer photo in good lighting, focusing on any maker's marks, stamps, or engravings. For best results, photograph the item from multiple angles and submit the clearest shot.
How accurate are the value estimates? Estimates are based on current market data for similar items and are provided for informational purposes only. Actual auction or resale prices may vary. For high-value items, we recommend consulting a certified appraiser.
How do I cancel my subscription? Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Antique Identifier, then tap "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
How do I restore my purchase? Open the app → Settings → "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
My saved collection disappeared Your collection is stored locally on your device. Reinstalling the app will clear local data. If you've lost items, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Which antique categories are supported? Coins, stamps, jewelry, watches, furniture, vintage books, banknotes, ceramics, and more. We regularly add new recognition categories with each update.
