Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Antique Snap mobile application ("App") developed by Brite Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your Apple device(s) for your personal, non-commercial use.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases that unlock premium features:

• Weekly Subscription: Provides access to all premium features for one week. Automatically renews each week unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Yearly Subscription: Provides access to all premium features for one year. Automatically renews annually unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Welcome Offer: Special introductory subscription plan with a promotional rate for the first 3 months.
• Super Pro Yearly: Enhanced premium tier with additional accuracy and analysis features. Auto-renews annually.
• Expert Appraisal: A one-time consumable purchase for a professional human expert appraisal of a specific antique item.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each subscription period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Identification Results Disclaimer

The antique identification and valuation results provided by the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional appraisals or expert opinions. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of identification results. Always consult a qualified antique expert for important purchasing or selling decisions.

Expert Appraisal Service

When you purchase the Expert Appraisal in-app product, you submit your item's photos and description to be reviewed by a human expert. Results are typically delivered within 3–7 business days as a PDF report. This is a consumable purchase — each use applies to one specific item submission. We do not guarantee any specific valuation outcome.

User Content

By submitting photos and descriptions through the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's identification and appraisal services. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Misrepresent identification results to deceive buyers or sellers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brite Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on identification results.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
