What are the best apps for tracking habits that actually keep you motivated?

P
I’ve tried a few habit tracking apps before, but I either forget to use them or lose interest after a week. I’m looking for something in 2025 that not only tracks habits, but actually helps me stick with them and feel some progress. If you’ve found a habit tracker app that keeps you consistent and doesn’t just feel like another checklist, please share! Some things I’m hoping for: Visual habit streaks or progress bars. Seeing a streak grow is really motivating for me — anything that gives a clear sense of progress is a win. Reminders that don’t feel annoying. I want helpful nudges, not pushy spam. Bonus if I can customize how and when I get reminders. Integration with other tools. I’d love if it could sync with Apple Health, Google Fit, or my calendar so I’m not duplicating efforts. Mood or reflection tracking. Some days I want to note why I didn’t follow through — not just mark a red X. Clean, easy-to-use design. If it’s cluttered or confusing, I’m not going to stick with it. I want something that feels like part of my day, not a chore. Any apps you’ve been using that actually help build real habits — not just track them? Free or paid, doesn’t matter, I just want something that works.

Brite is okay? What so good about this app, can you give me like 2 or 3 areas where brite is better than tick tick for example
