Changing Credentials in Brite: A Step by Step Guide

Are you facing difficulty logging into your Brite account on different devices? If you initially created your account using Apple ID on an iPhone or iPad and now want to access Brite on a non-Apple device (such as a Windows computer), you'll need to switch your login method from Apple ID to an email and password. This ensures that you can seamlessly access your Brite account across various devices using the same credentials. Here’s how you can change your credentials in Brite:
Step 1: Open Settings
  • Launch the Brite app on your device where you currently have access.
  • Navigate to the left side panel of the app.
  • Tap on 'Settings' to open the settings menu.
Step 2: Access Your Profile
  • In the settings menu, find and tap on the 'Profile' option at the top.
  • This will open your profile settings where you can view and edit your account details.
Step 3: Change Your Login Credentials
  • In your profile settings, you will find the option to change your login method.
  • Enter your new email address in the provided field.
  • Set a new password by entering it in the password field.
