Health Trackers in Brite: Water, Sleep, Food, Exercise, and More

Brite includes multiple health and wellness trackers to help you build healthy habits. Track your water intake, sleep, nutrition, exercise, mood, and body measurements — all in one app.

Water Tracker

Add the Water widget to your main screen. Tap to log each glass of water throughout the day. Set a daily goal (e.g., 8 glasses) and watch your progress fill up. The widget resets daily.

Sleep Tracker

The Sleep widget lets you log when you went to bed and when you woke up. It calculates your sleep duration and shows trends over time. Consistent sleep tracking helps identify patterns.

Food / Nutrition Tracker

Use the Food widget to log meals and track calories, protein, carbs, and fats.
- Tap + to add a food item
- Search from the built-in food database or create custom products
- Set daily calorie goals
Note: If the barcode scanner keeps scanning without stopping, use manual search as a workaround — this is a known issue being fixed.

Exercise / Workout Tracker

The Exercise widget lets you log workouts with duration and calories burned.
- Choose from 270+ pre-built exercises
- Or create custom workouts with your own name, duration, and calorie count
- Track your workout history and consistency

Mood Tracker

Log your daily mood with the Mood widget. Choose from emoji-based mood levels and optionally add a note about what influenced your mood. Review mood trends over weeks and months.

Body Measurements

Track 14 different body measurements (weight, height, waist, chest, etc.) over time. The Body widget shows your progress with charts.
