How to Export Your Data from Brite

Brite lets you export all your data in CSV format. This includes tasks, events, habits, diary entries, expenses, and more.

1. Open the main menu (tap your avatar in the top left on mobile, or bottom left on web/desktop)

2. Go to Extensions

3. Find and tap Export

4. Choose what to export (all data or specific categories)

5. The CSV file will be downloaded to your device

The CSV export includes:

- Tasks (with dates, status, projects, tags)

- Events (with times, recurring settings)

- Habits (with streaks, completion history)

- Diary entries

- Finance records (expenses and income)

- Notes content

Currently, Brite does not support importing data from CSV files or other apps (like Todoist, Notion, etc.). This feature is planned for a future update. Your data is always safe in cloud sync and can be accessed from any device by logging in.
