Subscription Not Activating After Payment

If you've paid for a Brite subscription but it's not showing as active in the app — don't worry, your payment is safe and we can fix this quickly.

Step 1: Press the Update Button

Open the support chat in Brite (Settings > Support). An Update button should appear. Tap it — this refreshes your subscription status and activates Pro features. This fixes the issue in most cases.

Step 2: Restore Purchases

If the Update button doesn't appear or doesn't help:
1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Tap Restore Purchases
3. Wait a few seconds for the App Store / Google Play to verify your purchase
4. Your Pro status should activate

Step 3: Check You're Logged In Correctly

Make sure you're signed into Brite with the same account you used when purchasing:
- If you bought on iPhone with Apple ID — sign in with Apple ID on other devices too
- If you bought through the website (CloudPayments) — sign in with the email you used during payment
- One subscription works on ALL your devices (iOS, Android, Mac, Web, Apple Watch)

Paid Through the Website (CloudPayments)?

If you paid via britetodo.com/subscribe.php and the subscription isn't showing:
1. Open support chat in the app
2. The Update button will sync your web payment with the app
3. If still not working — write in support chat and the team will activate it manually

Still Not Working?

Contact us through the in-app support chat. The support team can see your payment status and activate your subscription directly. Please mention which email you used and how you paid (App Store, Google Play, or website).
